Gary Richards specializes in business sales, both with and without real estate. He has over 20 years experience in guiding successful business development, acquisitions and divestitures. He has launched, grown, and sold businesses for his own account as well, and understands the challenges facing business buyers, sellers, and operators.

Gary is based in the Salem-Keizer office. He is well-positioned to serve the entire Willamette Valley, from Portland to Eugene. He is also involved in the marketing of properties on the Oregon Coast.

Gary provides business valuations designed to guide the price-setting aspect of business opportunity marketing campaigns. He is also able to assist buyers in assessing the potential value of prospective business opportunity purchases.

Gary is a member of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, SEDCOR, and the Salem Association of Realtors.. He is an adjunct faculty member of Chemeketa Community College, serving as a business advisor for the Chemeketa Small Business Development Center in Salem. He is also a member of the SBA National Advisory Council.

Gary holds a BA in Management and Technology from the University of Maryland, and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Oregon.
